Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This site is operated by Emile Agbeko, a sole individual based in the United Kingdom. This policy covers emileagbeko.me and any experimental product I run that does not have its own dedicated site (for example WhatsApp assistants and small chatbots that point users back here for legal information). Products with their own domains have their own privacy policies.

2. This portfolio site

emileagbeko.me does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own. Standard server logs may briefly record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, then are discarded.

The only third party request the site makes is to Google Fonts to load typography. Your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch fonts, governed by Google's own policy.

3. If you contact me or book a call

If you email me through a mailto link or any address listed on this site, your message and email address sit in my inbox so I can reply. I do not share or sell that information, and I do not add you to any list.

If you book a call through the scheduling link, the booking form collects your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the field describing what you want to talk about. That is processed by Zoho Bookings and used only to arrange and prepare for the call. Calls are not recorded unless we both agree beforehand. This information is not shared or sold, and you are not added to any list.

4. Experimental products

Some experiments (for example WhatsApp assistants) process information you send them so they can respond. That can include your phone number or messaging handle and the content of messages you choose to send. It is processed only to operate the experiment and reply to you.

These are experiments, not commercial services. Data is kept only as long as needed to run the experiment or debug issues, and is deleted on request. I do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it beyond the third parties listed below.

If an experiment ever starts collecting more than this, it will get its own dedicated privacy notice before that happens.

5. Third parties

This site and the experiments may rely on these providers:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger) when an experiment runs on their channels, subject to their own policies.
• AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for generating replies. Messages may be sent to them to produce a response.
• Zoho (Bookings, Meeting, Mail) for scheduling calls, running them, and handling email to my domain.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the experiment.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to access, correct, or delete information I hold about you, or object to its processing. Email emile@emileagbeko.me and I will respond.

7. Children

This site and its experiments are not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. See also the Terms of Use.
