Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms cover your use of emileagbeko.me and any experimental product I run that does not have its own dedicated site and points back here for terms (for example WhatsApp assistants and small chatbots). Products with their own domains have their own terms.

2. Nature of the projects

Most projects shown on this site are experiments and prototypes. They are provided as is and as available. They may change, break, or shut down at any time without notice. There is no service level commitment and no guarantee of availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Booked calls

You can book a short introductory call with me through the scheduling link on this site. Scheduling runs on Zoho Bookings and the call itself on Zoho Meeting. What happens to the details you enter when booking is covered in the Privacy Policy.

These calls are free, informal, and introductory. Booking one does not create a client, consultancy, or contractual relationship, and nothing discussed is an offer of services or a commitment to work together. Any actual engagement would be agreed separately in writing.

Please do not share confidential or sensitive information on an introductory call. No confidentiality agreement is in place unless we have signed one separately. I build across AI, blockchain, and several products of my own, and I may already be working on, or may later work on, ideas similar to something you raise. Nothing said on a call transfers any rights in your ideas to me, and nothing said on a call creates any obligation on my part in relation to them.

Calls are not recorded unless we both agree beforehand. I may cancel or reschedule a booking, and I may decline or cancel bookings that appear to be spam, misuse, or outside what these calls are for. If you cannot make a slot, please cancel it so someone else can use it.

4. Acceptable use

When using this site or any experiment, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service at scale.
• Send spam, malware, or attempt to extract data you are not entitled to.
• Use any output to harm, harass, or mislead others.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, copy, and project descriptions are © Emile Agbeko unless stated otherwise. Names and trademarks of named projects belong to their respective entities, including OKOMFO. Nothing here grants you a licence to those marks.

6. Not professional advice

Information on this site and outputs from any experiment are for general interest only. They are not legal, medical, financial, insurance, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that need a qualified professional.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any experiment, including indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

8. External links

This site links to third party sites such as press, social profiles, and project pages. I am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
