LandTrust
Blockchain-secured land ownership, starting in Ghana.

What It Does
LandTrust is designed to help verify and secure land ownership records using blockchain. In places like Ghana, land theft and document fraud are common. LandTrust creates a tamper-proof way to anchor trusted records and issue proof that actually holds up. The platform is built to work with trusted agents who operate in coordination with the Land Commission, ensuring records are legitimate and verifiable. It enables: • Trusted agents to upload and verify land documents • Issuance of digital land ownership certificates to rightful owners • On-chain anchoring of records to prevent future disputes or manipulation
How It Works
- Local agents upload verified land documents
- Ownership records are anchored to blockchain
- Owners get digital certificates tied to real land
- Records can't be tampered with or duplicated
- Designed to complement, not replace, existing local systems
