What It Does

Mule-it is a UK delivery marketplace for the things that don't fit in a parcel: sofas, mattresses, wardrobes, drum kits, the lot. You post what needs moving and verified local drivers, the "mules", bid for the job based on where they're already headed. Empty van space is everywhere, it's just badly matched to the people who need it. Mule-it does the matching, holds the money until the item actually arrives, and logs photo proof at both ends so disputes have an answer.

How It Works

• Post the job: what's moving, pickup and drop-off, when, and photos so drivers can bid accurately
• Pick a vehicle class, from a car for small items up to a flatbed for awkward loads
• Take bids from verified drivers and sort by best value, lowest price, soonest, or top rated
• Or skip bidding with Send Now: set your exact price and the first driver to accept is booked
• Every mule is ID-verified, with driving licence and vehicle documents checked before they can bid
• Photo proof is logged at both collection and drop-off
• Payment is held and only released once you confirm the item arrived
